Catering Kitchen Planning and Design

We are specialists in the planning and design of professional catering kitchens, extraction systems and front of house serveries. Our on-site design team will work with you from conception, accommodating your specific needs whilst utilising our extensive expertise to offer advice on getting the most out of your space. We produce complete schematic drawings, and work with your electrical and gas work contractors to ensure all services are correctly co-ordinated. Whether you are planning a completely new kitchen installation or an upgrade of existing facilities, we have the experience and expertise to suit.

Installations

Our design service is backed up by our own in-house team of catering equipment engineers, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to reality. All our engineers are specialists in the field of professional catering equipment, and have achieved and exceeded the relevant industry standards and regulations, including CORGI non-domestic registration.

Recent Legislation

If you would like advice on the current standards as directed by the HSE and CORGI in relation to air extraction, ventilation, gas regulations and interlocking systems, please contact our office on (0115) 979 0110 who will be pleased to assist.

Equipment Servicing

Whether you purchased your equipment from us or not, we can offer you a fixed-price preventative maintenance service to suit your needs. Effective servicing of catering equipment on at least an annual basis dramatically decreases the chances of breakdown when you least need it. We provide this valuable service to many local authorities, schools, restaurants and canteens, and testimonials are available on request. Contract holders also benefit from reduced breakdown rates should a fault occur in between services.

Breakdowns

Our service team are on hand to respond swiftly to all types of equipment breakdown. If you arrive in the morning to find your fryer won’t light or your cooker isn’t heating up, this can have a serious effect on your service, and therefore your profits. We class such calls as high-priority and will aim to respond with the minimum of delay. Our engineers carry large stocks of the most-used parts on their vans, ensuring that a first time fix is achieved on the majority of occasions. We also service and repair glass and dishwashers, ice machines, refrigeration equipment and microwaves.
